Cepstral Community

I'm trying out the Allison demo on on Trixbox 2.6 (asterisk 1.4) and it sounds great when making internal calls (SIP > PBX) when I call from an external source over the PRI (Sangoma PRI card), the voice is choppy and unintelligible. I'm using app_swift (http://www.mezzo.net/asterisk/app_swift.html) after failing to get app_cepstral (http://www.pbxfreeware.org/archives/200 ... stral.html) to compile properly. I'm trying do realtime TTS playback from the dialplan. Since I have a Sangoma PRI card, I obviously have a timing source for my asterisk box, and I don't have any issues anything else that depends on timing like MOH, Conferencing, etc.

Can anyone help!?!?!

Sounds great when making internal calls (SIP > PBX)? good.. but I'm not familiar with that choppy, but I think you have to go to their customer service..
