Cepstral and Asterisk-Java

I'd like to use Asterisk-Java to place outbound calls via Asterisk and use Cepstral to speak the text message during the call.

Asterisk-Java supports both the FastAGI and the Manager API interfaces.

Anyone have examples of how to place an outbound call and speak a dynamic text message (different for each call) using either FastAGI or the Manager API?
