voices keep requesting to be registered

I am using the voice with scriptVOX from screaming bee dot com, which Cepstral is the only recommended voice vendor. Screaming Bee's FAQ page: What Text-To-Speech Voices Does ScriptVOX Studio Support?
ScriptVOX Studio supports Microsoft and Cepstral SAPI 5.x Voices. If you are using another TTS Vendor which you would like to have support for, please let us know.
