Hello i installed william onto my windows XP 32 bit system

when i try starting cepstral tools it gives an error message about shell32.dll, control_RunDLL and ceptools.cpl

and when i try using swifttalker it crashes upon attempting to make it speak

how do i fix this?

We suggested in your support request that you uninstall and reinstall the voices. Sometimes installations go bad, and this certainly seems to be the case here. If that does not work, perhaps a bit of troubleshooting for corruption within the machine. We googled control_runDLL and found that it came up in many situations where users had problems with execution errors and started trying to restore corrupted system components from the distribution CDs.
