need license for writing speech synthesis to a file

Recently having purchased a personal license, I need a license for writing speech synthesis to a file (reg-filewrite). This was available in the 32-bit version but not available in the 64-bit version.

There is no way on the Cepstral Store I could find to purchase this option.

I also tried twice to create a ticket at Cepstral Ticket Support https://www.cepstral.com/ticketing/ but never received the e-mail with the ticket # so there is no way I can track that either.

Posting this topic to hopefully receive some kind of positive response to my request.
