Cepstral Community

I have just bought and applied license for Allison-8khz for Windows. The licenses applied successfully but I am getting an error with the concurrency license with the below error.

'There was an error communicating with the Concurrency License Server.
Concurrency License information cannot be retrieved.'

Has anyone encountered this error, my guess is that our firewall is blocking the communication. Does anyone know which port Cepstral Concurrecy License Server uses?

Yes it seems that the Cepstral license server is somehow not reachable in your machine.Our server uses port 1480 to listen.Please make sure that the port is neither blocked nor used by any other application.
