Adding additional concurrency ports

We added a voice licence (Diane-8kHz) successfully. We also added a concurrency licence successfully. Now we want to add a licence for 2 more concurrency ports. After going through the "swift --reg-ports" process for the new licence it said it was successful. But when I check the total number of ports with "swift -V" or "swift -VV" it shows we only have 2 ports total (named 0 and 1). It should say we have 4 total (or maybe 3 if it doesn't count the initial port). What gives?

The Port licensing system can not add port keys together. We will need to provide you with a new license key for the cumulative amount. Please send an email to sales@cepstral.com
