Cepstral Community

I would like to purchase licenses for a FreeSwitch server that's currently running on Windows. However, I do have a plan in the future to move our FreeSwitch installation to a Linux server. If I purchase now Cepstral Licenses for windows will I be able to convert it later to Linux licenses?

I would like to know the same thing, except for the client-side app.
