The issue you describe fits the following scenario:
- You are using Asterisk with a middleware that caches audio.
- You have tested the installation before licensing, thereby caching the audio before the reminder was removed.
- You continue to test using the same prompts, thereby never bypassing the cache.
What to do in that case:
Try to change one prompt after you've licensed the voice and see if it stops speaking the reminder. That means that a cache refresh fixes your issue.
Clear the audio cache (depending on your middleware).
If that is not the scenario that applies, then please provide more details about the installation.
