Downloaded Voice is not same as demo voice

HI,
We have downloaded Allison voice and to my surprise I found that it is not same as the demo voice. Its sounding robotic. Please help me in fixing this or Cepstral should help me in choosing another voice rather Allison.

The voices on the demo page are the same build as the voices on the downloads page.

I feel the same way too, I got the David voice, in the demo it sounds very nice, but after the purchase it sounds robotic... there is something not right for sure you need to check. I can't use any of the two licenses I purchased, and I almost opted for a third because I felt it will be better, but soon realized in the demo it does sound different... glad to see some one else with this same complaint
