How Do I Find MS Speech Lib Numeric Index for Voices

I have been long and hard googling, searching the registry and alas, I cannot find how to get the "index" of my new voices. We have a web application built by third party developers and they put a voiceindex setting for us to change voices. Can't I get my available voices somewhere from windows?
