Cepstral Community

hello I have just purchased the sdk to be able to build the Cepstral module for freeswitch I also downloaded Callie on to the system for use in a IVR however she wont speak and the freeswitch guys tell me that it is something that you broke. how do I make it work?

What platform are you running at this time? Is it Windows? If so which version?

building on windows vista 32 deploying on a testbox windows xp 32
