Cepstral phoneset to Sampa phoneset

I am wondering if there is any tool out there that can convert the phoneset outputted by Cepstral after it has created an audio file to that of Sampa.

For example,

For the word "geico," Cepstral would return the following phonemes:

g
ay
k
ow

I wonder if a tool could then convert these phonemes into the Sampa phoneset to get something like:

g
a
I
k
o
