I'm using Cepstral with Adobe Reader and a PDF Ebook and it reads the second example sentence's apostrophe "S" wrong, it seems to be a different apostrophe than the one used in the top sentence.

Can this be fixed in as a lexicon entry somehow?

You can readily hear this problem by pasting the examples into the Speech Control Applet in Windows XP.

See if 'Typographers Quotes' can be turned off and make sure that 'Typewriter Quotes' can be turned on within the Adobe Reader Application. I believe this should correct the issue.
