Cepstral Community

I so far think Cepstral has the best voices for TTS, but I noticed something on the Demo's page at https://www.cepstral.com/en/demos They have effects that can be toggled on or off, controllable speed and pitches as well, which leads me to my question...If I buy a voice do these effects come standard with it?

I would very much like to know because If they do I would buy a couple voices right now....I would love to be able to control default pitch speed and maybe add an effect for certain TTS tasks.
