The Cepstral SDK is not available for free evaluation. We try to engage with our partners and offer proactive support. The nominal $300 fee helps us provide dedicated and efficient engineering support. Included with the SDK, we also provide development licenses to any voices the client may wish to use. We believe it is well worth the investment and hope you will too.

Can these voices be in any indian laguages also like Hindi or Kannada?

I believe that you mis-understood what Multiport was saying. The Development license allows the user to register any Cepstral voice that is available on the downloads page ( not create a new voice with a specified language. ) this is for application developers that need voices to utilize or test with their applications
