Concurrency: License Server Unreachable

Hi All,

Am a newbie here. I have a licensed version of Cepstral Swift v5.1.0. swift -V is showing that "Concurrency: License Server Unreachable", but swift --voices is:
Voice | Version | Lic? | Gender | Age | Language | Sample Rate
-----------|---------|------|--------|-----|------------------|------------
Callie-8kHz| 5.1.0 | Yes | female | 30 | US English | 8000 Hz

I did try to start the License server by "cepstral-licsrv", it is just exiting and no port is listening for the license server. I have an Asterisk Server and and Iam trying to use app_swift, since app_swift shows this error "app_swift.c: Failed to set voice" I think it would be a license issue since the personal use application is working well.. Please let me know your thoughts.
