How do I make roman numerals get spoken correctly?

In the following sentence II is prounced correctly.

"This is Louis II."


In the following sentence its not.

This is Bush II.""


Why is II pronouced as 'I - I' for Bush II and 'the second' for Louis II.


How do make 'the second' as the default behaviour?


I have noticed this several times. I would really appreciate any workaround for this.

You could always just add II III IV to the lexicon file.
