Hello.
I have tried to create a plugin for Xchat IRC Client n CentOS linux:
using gcc 4.1.2, CentOS 5.2 (Red Hat)
the program compiles.
the plugin loads into Xchat
This is a standard shared-object file designed using
Xchat plugin guidelines to the best of my ability.
I used one of the sample Cepstral C programs as a template for making my Xchat plugin to read whatever text is received by Xchat IRC client.
Problem:
Apparently I can not get the words-per-minute to set itself.
I think it is defaulting to the voice I want instead of being
set by the function call to the engine.
I do not know if this is an issue with how Xchat is initializing the
plugin, or some other issue...
Required:
I am looking for Cepstral software developers who better understands what needs to be done to turn this sourcecode into a properly working plugin for Xchat, if you actually have the needed skills and/or expertise to help then PLEASE contact me,
