use Cepstral voice with Jovie (KDE) in Linux

There doesn't seem to be an obvious way to select a talker other than espeak for Jovie. Perhaps some hidden config script?

So I was speaking with someone in #kde-accessibility on freennode, and jovie uses speech-dispatcher to enumerate its voices. I couldn't get speech-dispatcher to use Cepstral's Callie through its "generic" driver. I have swift uncommented in the speechd.conf.
